Class 2.5 of 6

After the hiccup of class 2, I knew I needed to prove myself.

Here is what I did:

  • I took a bunch of pictures of potential flowers to paint at the Arb (you can only submit something that grows AT the place, remember?!)

  • I reached out to Alyssa (the FFI coordinator) asking for approval for the New England Aster.

  • Then I researched THE CRAP out of (you guessed it) the New England Aster.

Better yet, let’s just show it:

Then, before class on Oct 5th, I went out and took more pictures, after realizing I needed more precise measurements and pictures of basically… everything. I also color matched from the paint sample palette I created.

I wanted to be ready for class <3
